Introducing this exceptional BRAND NEW custom home featuring 3,000 square feet of luxurious living space, perfect for you, your family, friends, and even your beloved dogs! Located within walking or biking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and the lively inlet area, this property is also conveniently close to a plethora of dining options and exciting nightlife venues.
Designed to be accessible to all, this home boasts an interior chair lift from ground level to first floor (with prior arrangement), ensuring ease of movement throughout. With 5 spacious bedrooms, including a 6th flex room for additional sleeping arrangements, and 4.5 elegantly appointed bathrooms, including 3 bedroom suites, this residence offers ample space and comfort for all.
The first floor presents an ideal setting for entertaining, with an open floor plan that seamlessly connects the chef's kitchen, complete with an oversized island, to the generous dining area and cozy family room enhanced by a fireplace. Additionally, the first floor features a junior suite and a versatile flex room.
Ascending to the second floor, you'll be greeted by 9-foot ceilings and generously sized bedrooms that are sure to impress. The master suite is a private sanctuary, complete with a luxurious en suite bathroom. Another bedroom suite is located on this floor, along with two bedrooms that share a sizable hall bath. A conveniently located laundry room adds to the functionality of this level.
Step outside to the covered patio area, where you'll find an outdoor shower with a changing area, as well as ample space for enjoyable summer gatherings by the pool. Relax and unwind in your own private pool, complete with an outdoor shower and enclosed dressing area.
